1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days, depending on stock availability. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time estimates listed below.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship from Ireland. Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and the number of items in your order.

All shipping costs are listed in Euro (€)

For orders containing more than 2 items, an additional fee of €2.00 per item applies, up to a maximum cap. Shipping costs do not increase for orders containing 5 or more items (the cost for 5 items is the maximum shipping fee you will pay).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Prospect is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

For EU Customers: No customs duties apply.
For International Customers (AU, CA, NZ, UK, USA): Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

1. Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened and unused.
In the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID) is required to complete your return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@theprospect.ie with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days (depending on your bank's processing times).
